Anatomy of a bulk bag
Every part, specified for your cargo.
Five things decide whether a bulk bag performs. We go through each of them with you before production.

Fabric
Woven polypropylene, UV-stabilised. Coated for sift-proof, moisture-resistant loads or uncoated where the product needs to breathe.

Lifting loops
Four corner or cross-corner loops, sewn into the seams and load-tested — so the bag lifts evenly on a forklift or crane.

Liner
An optional PE liner, tubular or form-fit, keeps fine powders in and moisture out.

Spouts
Fill spout, duffle or open top. Discharge spout or flat bottom. Matched to your filling and emptying line.

Safety factor
Built to hold five times its rated load (5:1), or six times for multi-trip bags (6:1). Top-lift test reports available on request.

Fabric weight, thread and webbing are checked against your spec before cutting starts.

Sewing, loop attachment and dimensions are checked on the line — not just at the end.

Bags are sampled from each batch for dimensions, print and load performance.
